Check an automation's run history
See how an automation has done over the last 30 days, and why a trigger did not start a run.
Where do I find the history?
Open the automation. For one you created, select the Run history tab. For Nexus Review and Nexus Implement, the history is on the automation's page.
Activity counts the runs, the ones that finished, and the ones that failed in the last 30 days. The runs themselves are listed below it.
Why did a trigger not start a run?
Look under Skipped. It lists the times a trigger fired but no run started in the last 30 days, each with the reason.
How do I know something went wrong?
A badge on Automations in the sidebar counts the problems. If you created the automation, you also get an email when a run fails or a trigger starts nothing, at most once an hour per automation. Turn the emails off with Send email notifications in Settings > Notifications.
