Add an MCP server

Connect an MCP server and choose which of its tools your runs may use.

Any member can add MCP servers. Each one is yours alone: nobody else in the organization sees it, and only runs that act as you, including your automations, can use its tools.

How do I add one?

  1. Open Connectors and select the MCPs tab.
  2. Select Add MCP server.
  3. Enter a Name and the MCP server URL.
  4. Under Sign in with, choose A header and enter its name and value, or choose OAuth and sign in.

Header values are stored encrypted. Nobody can read them back, including you.

Which tools can runs use?

None until you allow them. Open the server and switch on each tool you want runs to use. Select Refresh tools after the server adds new ones.

What do the statuses mean?

  • Connected: the server is working.
  • Sign-in needed: open the server and select Sign in or Reconnect.
  • Disabled: the server is turned off. Turn on Enabled to use it again.
